Kindling (getkindling.me) is a quiz site. We don’t have accounts and we don’t run a database of users. This page explains what data exists and where it goes.

Your quiz answers

Your answers and result are calculated and stored in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to our servers. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

If you invite a partner, the invite link contains your pattern code and four scores so their phone can build your comparison. It never contains your answers. If you buy a report, a short code describing your result (or both partners’ results, for the couples bundle) (pattern code and four scores between 0 and 100, for example RA_72_41_30_60) is attached to your Stripe checkout so we can show you the right report. Your individual answers are never sent.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and email address under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number. Our server asks Stripe only whether a checkout was paid, so it can unlock your report.

Analytics and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits, completed quizzes and purchases from our ads. Meta may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit here. You can limit this through your Meta ad settings, your browser’s tracking protection, or an ad blocker. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t send your answers to Meta or anyone else.
• We don’t send marketing email.

Age

This site is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
